(More customer reviews)This company sent (and messed up) this order three times, with one being lost in shipping (UPS) and the other two arriving completely smashed (USPS). The company ships this item in the original packaging, and actually put $95.00 in stamps directly on the box when they shipped them USPS. Finally I got the situation partially resolved, by deciding to keep the final broken one. Customer service is terrible, and the wait time on hold is unbelievable.
