I heard that there were some issues with the first batch that were made but that anyone who had any issues with their Gel Strapz received a replacement from the company immediately.
I read the review of the person who had a bad strap but he doesn't mention if he contacted the company or not. My husband has had his for over 6 months and they are holding up great.
