I am so impressed with the e-mail response from the company that I chose to edit my review. He didn't bribe, refund or offer any incentive for me to edit my review. I just chose to do so. My initial complaint was about the first impression I had when I first saw and felt the leashes. I have been assured the product is manufactured with high quality material and clips. The care and concern of the company has impressed me and I know if there is a problem in the future, I can count on an excellent customer service to resolve any issues.
